Attorney Eric Ginnis heads our practice in personal injury and medical malpractice claims. Mr. Ginnis is an experienced negotiator and trial lawyer who practices exclusively in personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death. Prior to forming our firm, Mr. Ginnis served for three years as a State’s Attorney, a position in which he gained invaluable trial experience. To date, Mr. Ginnis has acted as lead counsel in close to 70 jury trials.
Mr Ginnis is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Established in 1993, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum is one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million dollar verdicts and settlements. There are over 3 , 000 members throughout the country. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members.
